What is SINDpd-Ce?The Union of Workers in Data Processing, Computer Services and Similar Companies of the State of Ceará (SINDpd-Ce) represents, according to Brazilian legislation, all employees, in the state of Ceará, in companies that provide computer services, such as:If you work in a company that provides these or other related services, exploring the economic activity of information technology and data processing, then this union is your home, as a worker.
It is a pleasure to have you here with us.typing, data entry and processing;development and maintenance of information systems and websites;leasing of labor for IT professionals;hosting of websites and pages on the internet;IT consultancy, including tools for systems development, IT management processes, process automation and computerization, among others.SINDpd-Ce is a class entity whose purpose is to organize, coordinate, defend and legally represent all IT workers in the state of Ceará.It is legally up to SINDpd-Ce, the role of representing the IT workers of Ceará in any discussion and deliberation forum that involves the collective rights and interests of the category, including judicial and administrative ones, as well as establishing collective labor negotiations, ensure compliance with legislation, agreements and collective bargaining agreements, normative and similar sentences that represent achievements and rights for the category.In addition to the legal role, it is also up to SINDpd-Ce to act on the most diverse fronts that arise to guarantee a fairer society, participating together with other social organizations, in the defense and guarantee of citizenship for all Brazilians.
It is like this in the fight against impunity in the country; for Agrarian Reform; by quality public policies for information technology, health, education, housing and others.
The SINDpd-Ce seeks, in this way, to contribute to the improvement of the country and, consequently, to bring benefits to the entire working class.To achieve these objectives, the union develops, for its affiliates, legal advisory activities in the labor area, cultural-recreational activities, political-union training activities, lectures, debates, seminars and congresses to discuss the great technical and political themes that involve category, workers and society in general.We are affiliated with CUTThe affiliation of SINDpd-Ce to the Central Única dos Trabalhadores (CUT) was a fact of great importance for the union.
Several meetings were promoted between the entities, mainly to assess how the workers would react, and whether or not they would approve the affiliation.For the categorys progress, the SINDpd-Ce joined the CUT, with the aim of further strengthening the fight against the vested interests of trying to flatten the worker, such as the absence of policies for valuing and wage replacement in the face of inflation, the time, galloping.We are affiliated with FenadadosAffiliation to the National Federation of Data Processing Professionals (FENADADOS) ended up taking on a rather atypical characteristic.
Necessary for a stronger performance at the federal level in favor of the category, FENADADOS was born through the commitment of the various IT unions in the country, and had its first headquarters on the premises of SINDPD-DF.It is through the Federation that discussions regarding workers rights assume national and centralized levels, insofar as, democratically, it questions decisions that go against the ideals of the category, especially with regard to State employees, directly linked the Union.
